Job Description
We are seeking a bold and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our global marketing organization. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic acumen, digital transformation experience, and deep understanding of enterprise SaaS marketing. This role will focus on strengthening brand leadership, driving pipeline through demand generation, and leading our AI marketing strategy to scale globally.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the global marketing vision aligned with the company's growth, innovation, and brand goals.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the Executive Team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Manage consistent brand management and narrative across solutions and stakeholders.
Demand Generation
- Lead a high-performing global demand generation engine that drives measurable pipeline growth.
- Synthesize value propositions into scalable marketing programs.
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns focusing on ROI.
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing and revenue goals.
AI-Driven Marketing Innovation & Technology
- Develop an AI-forward marketing strategy leveraging data science, predictive analytics, and generative AI.
- Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies to enhance marketing functions.
- Maintain a best-in-class Marketing Technology infrastructure.
Brand & Communications
- Strengthen and evolve the global brand and messaging.
- Drive executive and segment communications, PR, and thought leadership.
Go-to-Market & Product Marketing
- Own and drive the GTM strategy to optimize market penetration.
- Guide market segmentation and customer insights.
- Leverage customer insights to enhance product adoption.
Marketing Operations & Performance
- Drive marketing transformation and operations for efficiency.
- Align KPIs with sales and campaign goals.
Team & Organizational Development
- Build and lead a world-class marketing organization.
- Mentor leadership talent and support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in marketing leadership, with at least 5 years as a CMO in a global B2B SaaS or enterprise tech company.
- Proven success in scaling demand in complex sales environments.
- Experience in digital transformation and AI in marketing.
- Strong strategic, operational, and leadership skills.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial tech sectors is a plus.
