Are you passionate about helping people and making a real impact in healthcare? ARS is looking for a Clinical Specialist to join our small but mighty team in Edina, MN. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our innovative medical devices and the patients and providers who rely on them -delivering expert support, education, and care coordination every step of the way.

As a brand ambassador for ARS, you’ll also represent our company in the field - demonstrating product features, supporting healthcare providers, and ensuring our technology is used safely and effectively to improve patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary contact for patients throughout their rental period
• Contact new patients within 48 hours to establish care and initiate service
• Prepare patient folders with guides, instructions, and contact info
• Provide technical product support and troubleshooting assistance
• Support healthcare providers, including physicians and surgeons, with product education and in-procedure assistance
• Coordinate replacements, follow-ups, and rental extensions
• Manage documentation and communication for Workers’ Comp and Cash Pay patients
• Accurately track and report weekly hours and activity logs
• Promote ARS products and services with professionalism and care

What You Bring:

• 2–3 years of experience in a Clinical Specialist or similar role
• Experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• A proactive mindset and passion for helping others

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours/day
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
