We’re on a mission to build the next generation of a globalIT consulting services provider. With early revenue secured and our firstenterprise clients onboard, we’re scaling our go-to-market (GTM) engine. We’relooking for a Fractional CMO to partner with our CEO, technical team, and newVP of Business Development to craft and execute a marketing strategy that getsour story in front of the right businesses—those ready to leverage technologyto fuel their growth.

  • GTM Strategy: Refine our messaging, pricing, and IdealCustomer Profile (ICP) in close collaboration with sales.
  • Pipeline Fuel: Design low-CAC demand generation programs(e.g., ABM, technical content, partnerships).
  • Sales Enablement: Create battlecards, case studies, andtools to support our VP of Sales.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and optimize CAC, LTV, andlead-to-close rates.

Requirements

Experience & Expertise

· 7+ years in marketing leadership roles, ideallywithin early-stage B2B tech startups.

· Proven success in building and executing GTMstrategies that drive measurable growth.

· Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure,devtools, or enterprise IT services (preferred).

· Demonstrated ability to operate across the fullmarketing funnel—from brand to revenue operations.

Strategic & Tactical Skills

· Strong grasp of demand generation tactics,including ABM, SEO, content marketing, and partnerships.

· Experience developing sales enablement materialssuch as battlecards, case studies, and pitch decks.

· Ability to define and track key metrics likeCAC, LTV, and lead-to-close conversion rates.

· Exceptional cross-functional collaborationskills—especially with sales, product, and executive teams.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguousenvironment with limited resources.

· Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.

Mindset & Availability

· Entrepreneurial, hands-on, andresourceful—thrives in “scrappy” environments.

· Available 10–20 hours per week with flexibilityto align with key meetings and deliverables.
