CNC Maintenance Technician

Currently hiring CNC Maintenance Technician's in the University Park, IL area. Hiring immediately.

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift

• 1st shift 6am-2:30pm
• 2nd shift 2:30pm-11pm

Description

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues for all machinery.
• Conduct maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of CNC mills and CNC lathes, vision systems, robotics, and other control-driven equipment.
• Calibrate various brands of CNC machinery.
• Collaborate with contractors for maintenance issues requiring outside expertise.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts to minimize downtime.
• Move and install plant and building equipment, including layout and necessary pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic line connections.
• Calibrate, repair, and troubleshoot vision systems such as Fanuc, ABB, and Cognex Vision.
• Ensure facility maintenance when needed.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery.
• Strong experience in both mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Experience with preventive maintenance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85280.00 - $93600.00/yr.
