Restaurant Server We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities: - Greet customers and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Restaurant Server or Barista
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
