Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Call Appointment Setter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with potential clients, educate them about WeImplementAI's solutions, and schedule demos with our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential prospects from provided leads.
- Introduce and educate prospects about WeImplementAI’s offerings and how our software can solve their business challenges.
- Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations.
- Address initial questions and objections, providing accurate and concise information.
- Schedule demos for qualified leads with our sales team, ensuring smooth handoffs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, phone systems, and other technology to manage calls and track results.
- Knowledgeable: Basic understanding of AI or SaaS solutions is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a focus on contributing to the overall success of the team.
