Responsibilities Develop and present color palettes that align with brand vision and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and design to ensure cohesive product aesthetics. Conduct research on current and emerging color trends to inform design decisions. Create detailed color specifications and documentation for production teams. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Ensure timely delivery of color samples and prototypes for evaluation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Proven experience as a Color Designer or similar role in the footwear or fashion industry. Strong portfolio showcasing color design work. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
