As a Business Management Associate within the Commercial Banking Fraud Prevention team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our firm and clients from potential fraud losses. You will design and implement robust strategies that enhance fraud detection while ensuring a seamless client experience. Job Responsibilities

• Support management of effective fraud strategies and policies across application, authorization, and authentication channels.
• Ensure compliance with fraud policies and controls within governance and change control procedures.
• Ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness of fraud operations support.
• Design and execute suitable controls to balance risk with client experience.
• Build robust fraud strategies to maintain high performance levels and strong fraud detection.
• Work with product partners to evaluate new products and mitigate fraud risk with appropriate controls.
• Support strategic fraud initiatives and bank-wide projects related to fraud strategy and policy rules.
• Partner with the Data & Analytics team to improve data availability for analysis and strategy creation.
• Collaborate with Fraud Operations to manage fraud case volume, strategy changes, and trend mitigation.
• Communicate proposed strategies and deliver appropriate reporting and management information to stakeholders.
• Participate in bank-wide projects and interact with external vendors as a representative of the Fraud Risk Management team.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Experience or understanding of business processes.
