LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a commercial contracts attorney to work alongside a dynamic group of attorneys based in Pittsburgh at a well respected law firm. Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for various corporate clients within various industries including manufacturing, hospitality, and tech etc.

Qualifications:

• Active bar license in the state of residency
• Prior experience within commercial contracts
• Prior experience within corporate transactions, M&A, financing, and business formations a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• High attention to detail
• Team player
