LHH is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant for a dynamic firm in Miami, FL . This is a hybrid position , with the option to work 1 day remotely per week after 90 days onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Collaborate closely with the team on high-volume commercial real estate transactions.
• Assist with document preparation, filing, and administrative tasks related to real estate deals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-volume commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
