Job Details Projects involve BIM coordination and at times they involve on-site surveys. The Senior Designer(s) must be willing and able to perform all aspects required for completion of the project within the given schedule.
The duties of the designer(s) will include:
Design of fire sprinkler systems, standpipes, fire pumps, and other specialized water-based systems.
Systems will need to be calculated per the requirements of the project and AHJ.
Plans must be submitted to the AHJ in a timely manner to obtain permits.
Designed systems to be coordinated with other trades per the project’s BIM requirements
Designed and coordinated systems must be listed for fabrication.
