Responsibilities
24x365 operational support of our product development and systems integration teams, our lottery operations and customers, monitor IGT's enterprise infrastructure and escalate issues as required.
- Monitor daily operation of IGT computer systems and network.
- Carry out all tasks on the daily checklist.
- Assist in verifying the validity and clarity of computer reports and other output before releasing it from Computer Operations.
- Assist in the recovery activities necessary to restore normal operations.
- Follow the correct escalation procedures within Incident Management.
- Ability to navigate in Linux and perform basic commands
- Experience with Office 365 including Teams
- Take Helpdesk calls from retailers to troubleshoot issues and document accordingly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a related field is preferred.
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, holidays, weekends, and night shifts.
- Ability to follow checklists and procedures.
- Exhibits professional and customer-appropriate communications (written and verbal).
