Foreman – Environmental Construction
Location: Concord, CA | Up to $45/hr DOE | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus or $1,000 Referral Bonus

What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate field crews , ensuring efficient, high-quality daily operations.
- Execute project plans by overseeing materials, subcontractors, and heavy equipment onsite.
- Interpret drawings and specs to keep work aligned with project goals and client expectations.
- Conduct daily safety briefings , enforce site-specific safety protocols, and promote a strong safety culture.
- Track project performance, labor hours, material use, and production metrics.
- Act as a key liaison between field teams, superintendents, and clients to resolve issues in real time.
- Spot and report scope changes and initiate creative solutions when roadblocks arise.
- Maintain quality control documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a journeyman or foreman in excavation, demolition, grading, or environmental remediation.
- Strong background in environmental construction and awareness of related regulations and safety practices.
- Proven leadership and crew management skills — you know how to motivate and get results.
- Strong understanding of plans, specs, and field documentation (e.g., change orders, safety logs).
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, deliveries, and materials.
- Certifications such as 40-Hour HAZWOPER , 30-Hour OSHA , or 10-Hour OSHA strongly preferred (or willing to obtain).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the company professionally with clients and partners.
