This is not your average sales job.
We’re looking for a proven, motivated, and skilled Construction Sales Executive to join our growing team at Foundation Systems Hawaii — the state’s premier foundation repair company. With over 15 years in business and hundreds of satisfied clients, we’re expanding fast and need someone who can keep up.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and customer inquiries
• Perform site visits, assessments, and customer consultations
• Prepare proposals and estimates (target minimum $4.3M in annual sales)
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and internal crews
• Lead project scheduling and coordination
• Educate clients and design professionals on our systems and capabilities
• Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary + generous uncapped commission, $175,000 – $250,000+ per year

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of construction sales experience (foundation or structural background a big plus)
• Ability to estimate and sell high-value construction projects
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
• Skilled communicator and negotiator
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ready to hustle and build something great
