Responsibilities: Create and manage process documents for the Quality Management System (QMS) using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint). Collaborate with subject matter experts from Operations, Engineering, and Support to write and edit business process documents, user guides, forms, templates, and checklists that are precise, concise, and follow a logical flow. Review and update documents developed by others to meet quality standards. Ensure documents comply with industry, customer, and company policies. Analyze document requests and determine the level of compliance required, approving or rejecting requests accordingly. Manage and track tasks to ensure timely completion. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. Work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative to acquire additional tasks as needed. Perform other tasks as assigned by the lead.
