Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead improvement projects and work directly with Operators on the plant floor. The ideal candidate will have a background in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, with experience coaching and mentoring teams to solve problems and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage continuous improvement projects in the plant.
Work with Operators to implement Lean and Six Sigma tools for problem-solving.
Coach and train plant floor teams to improve processes.
Identify and eliminate inefficiencies to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications:
BS in Engineering.
3-8 years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment (paper, packaging, textiles, or similar).
Strong Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience.
Proven leadership in driving improvement projects.
