LHH is working with a well-regarded law firm in Miami, FL to find a Temporary Litigation Attorney to join its Financial Services Litigation Team . This opportunity is fully remote , though occasional in-office visits (1–2 times per month) in Miami are required. The assignment is set to last several months, with potential to become a long-term or permanent role (note: this is not a partnership-track position) .

What You'll Do:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and related legal documents
• Represent clients in virtual and occasional in-person court proceedings
• Monitor case timelines and manage key deadlines
• Maintain client communication and provide regular updates
• Participate in settlement discussions and negotiations

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed to practice in Florida (active and in good standing)
• At least 2 years of litigation experience (strongly preferred)
• Skilled in case management, motion practice, and client engagement
• Financial services litigation experience is a plus—but not required ; training will be provided
• Self-starter who can manage a remote workflow and stay on top of deadlines
