* Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management

Directly oversee the Finances of a well established and growing company. Lead the Team including Controller, Staff Accountant, Accounting Team of six based in India. Build and maintain a high-performing Team by fostering accountability, professional development, and collaboration. Ensure clear communication and alignment across all departments, bridging operations and accounting Teams.

2. Operational Oversight

Manage day-to-day operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead the financially successful execution of high-end residential home construction projects with budgets exceeding $30M and commercial tenant improvement projects. Optimize processes while leveraging tools like Procore and Yardi for efficiency and project tracking.

3. Financial Management and Strategy

Collaborate with the CEO to oversee budgets, cash flow, and financial reporting. Ensure financial compliance and maximize profitability. Develop strategic plans to support growth with financial property.

4. Client Relations

Serve as a point of contact for A+ celebrity clientele, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently exceeded. Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project success.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Develop and track KPIs to measure operational and financial performance. Provide regular updates to the CEO on company performance, challenges, solutions and opportunities. Use data-driven decision-making to drive improvements across the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).At least 8 years of experience in Senior leadership within the construction or property management industry.

Strong knowledge of Procore, Yardi, and financial management systems.

Proven ability to lead diverse teams and foster a positive, collaborative work culture.

Exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $250,000.00 per year
