We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller near Baltimore, Maryland. This role will be pivotal in handling and managing a variety of accounting functions for a growing organization. You will have the opportunity to work closely with financial reporting, cash flow analysis, budget processes, and internal controls.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all accounting functions within the organization.
• Utilize accounting software systems effectively for financial management.
• Lead the budget processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct regular cash flow analysis to monitor the financial health of the organization.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements and standards.
• Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements.
• Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard financial assets.
• Use CRM tools for efficient customer relationship management.
• Engage in finance-related tasks and activities as required.
• Experience with Budget Processes is expected.
• Ability to perform Cash Flow Analysis is essential.
• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Strong understanding of job costing.
• Experience in preparing Financial Statements is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Internal Control procedures.
• CPA is a plus.
