T-Mobile's in-house agency, T Studios, is looking for a mid-level Copywriter to join its Web Brand & Design team. We’re seeking someone who can craft, enhance, and evolve digital narratives that bring our brand to life online, primarily for T-Mobile Home Internet and T-Mobile Fiber. In this role, you’ll collaborate with designers, creative leads, and cross-functional partners—from marketing and brand to digital and production—to craft impactful content across T-Mobile’s website, the T Life app, and other key digital touchpoints. You’ll ensure every word aligns with our brand voice and meets digital and brand style standards, all while helping drive engagement, brand love, and results. We’re looking for someone who understands how copy fits into the broader digital ecosystem—someone who thrives at the intersection of UX, development, design, and content strategy, and who’s passionate about delivering best-in-class digital customer experiences. Responsibilities Write compelling web copy for mid-to high-complexity projects—including marketing landing pages, promo modules, banners, and in-app content—balancing creativity with strategy and standards. Collaborate with designers, developers, and other creatives within T Studios to develop impactful concepts and cohesive digital experiences. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure copy is on-brand, aligned with project goals, and meets stakeholder expectations. Contribute to evolving team processes and best practices that elevate the quality and efficiency of our work. Present concepts and final creative to leadership and stakeholders in reviews and checkpoints. Qualifications Required: 3+ years of copywriting experience in an agency or corporate environment, with formal training and a strong portfolio of digital work. Understanding of the marketing sales funnel and how digital content supports the customer journey. Familiarity with web technologies and their constraints. Understanding of SEO, accessibility standards, and best practices around AI-generated content. High-level collaboration and communication skills, especially when receiving and applying feedback. Proven ability to manage multiple assignments with strong attention to detail, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, and Outlook. Preferred: Experience writing for consumer electronics, wireless products, and the telecom industry. Familiarity with Figma and collaborating within design platforms. Using a CMS site (e.g. AEM) is a plus.
