Location: Meredith, NH

Salary: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Job Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a head chef
• Excellent record of kitchen management
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Capable of delegating multiple tasks
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Up-to-date with cooking trends and best practices
• Proficient in computer software programs relevant to restaurant management, including MS Office and POS

Job Responsibilities:

As the Executive Chef in Meredith, you will:

• Oversee food preparation and culinary activities across multiple locations.
• Modify menus or execute new dishes to meet quality and brand standards.
• Coach, teach, and develop managers to control food and labor costs.
• Supervise multiple chefs in their roles at individual locations, ensuring culinary excellence.

• Address arising problems or complaints, providing swift and effective solutions.

• Collaborate with chefs on scheduling, ensuring optimal team performance and business success.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with both coworkers and customers, enhancing the dining experience.
