We are seeking a visionary and experienced Corporate Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations across multiple restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership, with a passion for innovative cuisine and exceptional dining experiences. This role will be responsible for overseeing all culinary aspects, driving quality standards, and ensuring consistency across our diverse offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while considering seasonal and local ingredients.
  • Oversee kitchen operations across multiple locations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Lead, mentor, and train culinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Establish and implement standard operating procedures for food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen maintenance.
  • Monitor food costs and inventory levels, implementing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
  • Collaborate with management to create and execute seasonal promotions and special events, enhancing guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organizational standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for culinary innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 7-10 years in progressive culinary leadership roles, including experience as an Executive Chef.
  • Proven track record in menu development and kitchen management within a multi-unit restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop diverse culinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
  • Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
