Leader Company in the Food and beverage industry is seeking a Shipper/Receiver - Reach Forklift Driver for the Mississauga location.

Pay Rate:

• $21.00hr

Shift:

• Mon-Fri from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Working in the Shipping/Receiving Department
• Picking orders and putting away and load
• Using Raymond Reach, Counterbalance and Walkie.
• Inspect forklifts daily and complete documentation
• Confirm PO exists for all incoming deliveries
• Visual inspect trucks and report all non-conformance
• Physically unload truck
• Confirm quantities and note any discrepancies
• Ensure temperature-controlled products are received or shipped under the correct temperature conditions
• Put away materials approved by QC
• Picks products accurately and in FEFO order from the warehouse based on SAP locations
• Palletize picked products and place them in the shipping staging area
• Perform all job responsibilities under the strictest guidelines of food safety standards and or outlined in SOP’s
• Understand the role of shipping/receiving in food quality, inc allergens, inspections, damaged goods, and others
• Participate in operational, health and safety, and quality training

Requirements

• High School Diploma (OSSD)
• Valid forklift license for driving Crown Reach and Counter Balance machines
• Computer literate
• 1 to 2 years of practical experience in food manufacturing
• Fluent in English; written and oral
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable to lift to 32kgs on a continuous basis
