Key Responsibilities:
- Build and install custom cabinets, vanities, and built-ins with precision and care
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and client specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and wood-based materials accurately
- Install cabinetry on-site ensuring proper fit, finish, and functionality
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in the shop and on job sites
- Collaborate with team members, designers, and clients to bring visions to life
- Perform touch-ups, repairs, and final detailing as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in custom cabinetry, millwork, or finish carpentry
- Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, techniques, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Detail-oriented with excellent craftsmanship and finishing skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
