Job Description

Hybrid role (candidates must be local). Work remote but asked to come into office. Must have EPIC and prior call center experience. Temp to hire. Answers patient questions on phone and in EPIC que.

*Temp to perm opportunity with flexibility to work at home.
*Candidates must be comfortable adhering to call quality metrics, adherence times, and answering calls on a recorded line.
*This is a very strict call center type of environment answering on average 50+ calls daily.
*Interviews will be onsite or via teams.
*Candidates must be local so they can go into the office as needed for meetings and other important as needed reasons.
*Please submit with Vaya coversheet, resume, and HS Diploma.
*Flu vaccine is required and must be willing to get this within 72 hours of accepting offer.

At least 12 months experience from a medical office environment required, from a call center environment.
