Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent support to Cosmos Air customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about Cosmos Air products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, and assist with product registration.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Identify and suggest improvements in customer service processes and procedures.
  • Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and benefits.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company promotions, and industry trends.

Preferred:

  • Quick Books
  • Experience in the HVAC, air quality, or home improvement industry.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar customer service platforms.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
