RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support our sales staff
- Assisting customers in our claims process
- Collect documentation needed to simplify our customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience in customer service
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Highly detailed
- Able to anticipate customer needs
- Able to effectively relate to a customer
