Pay - $20 - $22 per hour BOE
A well-established travel agency in the NorthShore-celebrating over 30 years of personalized service and excellence-is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team! Specializing in cruise tours for large groups, this is a great opportunity for someone who loves travel, organization, and delivering outstanding service.
What You'll Do: - Answer phone calls and assist clients with inquiries
- Communicate with clients and vendors to coordinate travel details
- Prepare itineraries, mailings, and outreach to clients and prospects
- Support marketing efforts using MS Word and manage communications via Outlook
What We're Looking For: - Reliable, organized, and proactive self-starter
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Outlook, and Canva
- Customer service experience preferred
