We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Rancho Dominguez, California. In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels to ensure timely resolutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, providing step-by-step guidance to customers.
• Manage and track customer interactions using multiple browsers and tools for accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Draft well-crafted email correspondences to provide clear and concise information to clients.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate solutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and maintain strong relationships.
• Handle high-volume customer interactions in a call center environment with efficiency and professionalism.

• At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role, preferably in a manufacturing company.

• Proficiency in managing multiple browsers and navigating various online tools.

• Strong skills in drafting and managing detailed email correspondences.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity or technical issues.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients.

• Proven track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with the paper/packaging industry is a plus but not required.
