Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Data Center construction? A leading General Contractor in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a skilled Data Center Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale mission-critical facilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end data center construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive efficient execution.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and vendors to optimize project performance.
- Utilize construction management software to track progress and reporting.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical facility construction.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, electrical infrastructure, and HVAC.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with industry tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
