This position is on-site at our company HQ in Ocoee Florida. This is not a remote position.

Data Entry Administrator:

iCoreConnect is seeking a skilled and motivated Data Entry Administrator. We are looking for a personable, data-driven guru with great attention to detail. You will need intermediate experience in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and various customer database, project management systems.

This key role is responsible for locating and transferring data into the company's computer systems. In some cases, you will be on the phone with our customers collecting data. It is imperative the Data Entry Admin is meticulous as it relates to data entry, entering numerical and alphabetized information. iCoreConnect is a rapidly growing, public company. Our team is supportive and hardworking.

Experience and Credentials:

• High School diploma required.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and web-browsers required.
• Familiarity with standard office administrative practices and procedures.

 

This position is located at our company headquarters in Windermere, FL. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. We have a split-shift openings as well for 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

You will be eligible to participate in the Company Benefit Package after a 90-day probationary period. These include Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental insurance, 401k, paid Holiday's, Vacation and Sick time.
