Insight Global's Fortune 500 client is seeking a Manager of Data Governance to join their growing data governance team! This team is part of a new major company-wide initiative to maintain the highest standards of data governance and compliance, and be a part of a team that drives innovation and excellence. As a critical member of this new organization, the Data Governance Manager will own the development and implementation of data governance, controls, and compliance frameworks. In this new role, you will collaborate with teams across our business to ensure that our new policies, standards, and procedures align with our strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has broad experience in this space, with knowledge of a variety of strategies, standards, frameworks and operating models. What you will do: Develop and Implement Strategies: Formulate and roll-out data governance strategies, policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements Compliance and Monitoring: Oversee the development, review, and monitoring of compliance with data governance processes, and lead investigations and reporting of any violations Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including global data offices, privacy, and information security, to integrate data governance controls and policies into key organizational processes Training and Communication: Design and deliver training programs and workshops, and handle key communications to enhance data governance knowledge and practices across the organization Change Management: Facilitate change management activities to ensure the adoption of changes, and implement measurement systems to monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
