Data Manager

(Fulltime Role)

Las Vegas, Nevada (onsite 5 days a week)

We are seeking an experienced Data Manager to lead and optimize our data team in Las Vegas, NV. This is a hands-on management role requiring technical expertise and strong leadership to drive team performance, ensure data accuracy, and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage a team of data analysts and app developers across two locations.
• Ensure the accurate processing and formatting of client-provided data for print production.
• Develop, implement, and maintain data processing workflows, leveraging tools like SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Provide leadership and accountability, managing workloads, and addressing team performance issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage deadlines, set priorities, and forecast resource needs.
• Act as a liaison between teams to support project-based and operational initiatives.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of management experience, with a proven ability to lead technical teams.
• Expertise in SQL development, Power BI, Power Automate, and ideally Azure.
• Develop, maintain, and automate SQL-based reports for various business units, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Utilize Microsoft Power Automate to streamline workflows, integrate systems, and automate data-related processes.
• Understands Data Processing
• Design and optimize SQL queries and database structures to improve report performance.
• Develop and maintain Power BI, Tableau, and other business intelligence dashboards to provide real-time analytics.
• Implement and support Microsoft Azure Data Factory for ETL processes and cloud-based data solutions.
• Experience in the printing industry
