Position: Dedicated Aide
Rate: Up to $20 per hour

What You'll Do:
As our Dedicated Aide, you'll be the consistent support system for a specific student, making sure they have everything they need to succeed in the classroom. Here's what your day-to-day might look like:
- Unwavering Support: You'll provide dedicated, uninterrupted support to the assigned student, making sure they're never left unattended. Think of yourself as their personal champion!
- Classroom Champion: You'll help establish and maintain effective classroom management procedures, contributing to a productive and positive learning environment.
- Role Model: You'll be a positive role model for all students, demonstrating respect, responsibility, and a love of learning.
- Maintaining Safety: You will ensure that the student in your care is safe from harm at all times
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION - Committed to working with a diverse student population
- Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
- Experience working with students
- Great team player with solid time management skills and ability
About the Student: - You will need to demonstrate that you are capable to supporting students and being a positive role model
- You must maintain order, manage behavior in the classroom, and keep students safe
- You must be able to work as a support to the teacher
