Shipt is seeking motivated and dependable Delivery Couriers to join our team of professionals. As a Delivery Courier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver orders to customers promptly and accurately.
Verify order details and ensure items are complete and in excellent condition.
Communicate with customers to confirm delivery instructions or address inquiries.
Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
Handle packages and groceries with care to ensure safe delivery.
Use the Shipt app to track orders, update delivery statuses, and report any issues.
Adhere to traffic regulations and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with valid insurance.
Smartphone (iOS or Android) with reliable internet access.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and carry items up to 40 pounds.
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
Familiarity with local delivery areas is a plus.
