Key Responsibilities:
Delivering packages and orders:
This includes picking up items from a central hub, loading them into a vehicle, and delivering them to designated addresses within a specified timeframe.
Route planning and navigation:
Delivery Executives need to plan efficient routes, considering traffic and delivery priorities, and use navigation tools to reach destinations.
Customer interaction:
This involves handling customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Payment processing:
Collecting payment for deliveries, managing cash transactions, and potentially handling electronic payments.
Vehicle maintenance:
Keeping the delivery vehicle clean, well-maintained, and ensuring it is refueled.
Documentation and record-keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, payment information, and any discrepancies.
Problem-solving and decision-making:
Addressing unexpected issues during deliveries, such as traffic delays or customer problems, and making quick decisions to ensure smooth operations.
Safety:
