Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage patient scheduling and maintain accurate medical records.
- Handle phone inquiries and provide information regarding services and appointments.
- Process patient payments and manage medical collections as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Support dental assistants with administrative tasks and assist in patient care as required.
- Eventually carry dental assisting duties.
