We’re Hiring: In-House Social Content Creator & Digital Marketing Associate Are you a creative powerhouse and digital marketing expert with a knack for crafting engaging content and running high-performing campaigns? Do you have the skills to develop compelling content, analyze campaign performance, and support overall digital marketing strategies—all while staying ahead of the latest digital trends? Responsibilities: Social Content Creation: • Conceptualize, write, and design visually appealing content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn) to drive engagement, brand awareness, and new clients • Create a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media channels • Develop and manage content calendars, including timely and relevant posts, promotions, and campaigns Community Management: • Monitor social media accounts for incoming messages, comments, and reviews, responding promptly and professionally • Engage with followers , initiate conversations, and build relationships with the online community • Identify and address any potential brand reputation issues on social media & overall online Collaboration: • Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and customer service to align marketing efforts across all channels • Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand brand reach and engagement Digital Marketing Strategy: • Assisting with comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn), PPC Campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms), SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic (educational vs. transactional), assist with GBP , and email marketing • Market Research: Identify market trends , competitor landscape, and audience demographics to inform strategy development • Watch key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign performance to measure success Reporting and Analysis: • Analyze Google & social media analytics to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies • Track key metrics from website & social accounts like traffic, bounce rate, acquisition, impressions, reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions (conversions based on internal data) • Present insights to stakeholders and recommend actionable improvements based on data analysis Qualifications: Required Skills: Creative Content Creation: • Excellent writing, design, and video editing skills to produce visually compelling content • Knowledge of different social platforms & their best practices for content creation and engagement • Proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) • Ability to design and test high-converting landing pages • Proficient in using various analytics tools • Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines • Digital Marketing Expertise Working understanding of digital marketing principles: • SEO • PPC • Social Media Advertising • Analytics (Google, Meta, etc.) • Email Marketing Certifications (Preferred by Not Required)• Google Ads Certification • Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate • HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification • SEO or Analytics Certifications About Company: At Lloyd Baker Injury Attorneys, we are a fast-growing personal injury law firm dedicated to providing top-tier legal representation for clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others.
