About the job: Digital Marketing Director REMOTE Digital Marketing Director Calling all marketing gurus! A top law firm is seeking a creative, goal-oriented, and experienced professional to serve as their Digital Marketing Director . This role will be instrumental in shaping the firm's marketing strategy as it continues to grow by developing effective advertising campaigns across various channels, evolving the corporate brand, building a strong community presence, and more. This is a remote position. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Chicago metro and regional market. Must have: Extensive experience in digital marketing Confident personality Analytical thinking skills Responsibilities: Lead the firm's creative team in developing marketing strategies for print, digital, social media, web, and other channels Manage writers, designers, and product managers to ensure timely and quality project delivery Create visual assets and collateral for the firm Spearhead new marketing campaigns and directives, allocating resources as needed Utilize the firm's Digital Asset Management systems effectively and identify new opportunities Collaborate with specialists to digitize the firm's proofing process Develop and refine the firm's corporate branding based on core pillars and priorities Build community engagement and increase awareness of outreach initiatives Requirements: Experience leading teams in multi-channel marketing campaign development Proven success in creating marketing strategies, campaigns, and assets Experience negotiating contracts and managing budgets Understanding of the regional market This is a full-time, remote position with a salary of $120K, working with a Chicago-area firm.
