Pay: $16/hr. | Weekly Pay + Benefits
Training: Paid Training
Equipment: Provided
Start Date: October 2025
Schedule: 8am-10pm EST, Monday through Saturday

Must be able to work an 8-hour shift during these hours AND be available to work Saturdays What You'll Do: - Handle high-volume inbound calls
- Make outbound calls when needed
- Provide accurate information to patients and healthcare providers
- Assist callers with status updates and next steps
- Follow a structured call script
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive caller experience
- Navigate multiple internal systems at once
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and KPIs
Requirements: - 1+ year recent customer service experience in a call center environment (Required)
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to multitask on dual monitors
- Quiet workstation with high-speed internet and modem access (Required)
- Excellent verbal/written communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- HS Diploma or equivalent
