Job Description
Always Best Care Senior Services seeks to build a core team of experienced caregivers, and currently has daytime and overnight shifts available. Our caregivers will provide excellent and compassionate 1:1 in-home personal care and companion care for clients throughout the Seattle Metro area.
Schedules: Day and Overnight – Specific hours based on client needs and Caregiver availability/preferences
Pay Range: $23-$25 per hour depending on experience

Position Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with clients
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, eating, and bathroom needs
- Light housekeeping to promote a safe and clean environment for client’s home
- Transportation to appointments and shopping/errands
- Companionship and supervision
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification
- Previous CNA and senior care experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass background check and medical clearance prior to hire
- Work authorization required
- Maintain current state driver’s license and dependable insured automobile
- Must have effective oral and written English communication skills to work with clients/families
