Job Description

We are hiring for a CNA/HCA with a Nurse Delegation Certificate. Always Best Care Senior Services seeks to build a core team of experienced caregivers and currently has daytime available. Our caregivers will provide excellent and compassionate 1:1 in-home personal care and companion care for clients throughout the Seattle Metro area. Schedules: Day – Specific hours based on client needs and Caregiver availability/preferences Pay Range: $23 - $25 per hour depending on your experience and certifications What We Offer:

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with Clients
• Perform Nurse Delegation tasks
• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, eating, and bathroom needs as needed
• Light housekeeping to promote a safe and clean environment for resident’s home
• Transportation to appointments and shopping
• Companionship & supervision

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) License
• Nurse Delegation Certificate
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Previous Long-Term Care experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass background check and medical clearance prior to hire
• Work authorization required
• Maintains current driver’s license and a dependable insured vehicle
• Must have effective oral and written English communication skills to work with clients/families
