Job Description

Midway Ford Miami is searching for an experienced Driver/Valet  to join our expanding team.  A Valet is a customer service ambassador helping our organization go beyond by greeting customers and identifying their individual needs, safely moving vehicles around the dealership and satellite lots, and parking vehicles of diverse sizes.

Our ideal candidate is an individual full of energy and has the desire to learn in a dynamic environment.

Ideal previous experience includes the hospitality industry, concierge attendants, valet parking attendants, runners, limo/taxi/shuttle drivers, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support client advisors by picking up and delivering vehicles to clients.
• Coordinates preparations for new and pre-owned vehicle deliveries.
• Follows up with new owners to ensure delivery satisfaction.
• The role also requires providing support in the wash tent and occasionally assisting wash attendants in providing complimentary car washes as well as operation of equipment. 
• Pick up & Delivery of customer vehicles.

Requirements

• Must have a valid FL driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Customer Focused.
• Must have previous experience.
• Must be able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.
