We are seeking an Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team in Irving, TX
The Driver will successfully facilitate the flow of gear to and from hotels and vendors in DFW area. This is a great opportunity for someone with a good driving record and no audio-visual experience to learn the industry and start a career path.
What Will You Be Doing?
· Deliver and pick up gear from DFW Hotels
· Pick up and return equipment from vendors
· Complete daily tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager.
· Record all documentation associated with deliveries, pick-ups and returns
· Load and unload vehicles
· Represent INSPIRE in a professional manner and follow grooming and attire policies in place
· Work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment where input is always appreciated
· Protect company equipment as if it were your own and report any damages to respective personnel
· Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
· Any other duties that are assigned
What Do You Need?
· High School diploma or GED
· Good driving record to drive our company cargo vans, 16 ft box trucks and 24 ft bobtail box trucks
· Valid driver's license
· Strong customer service and overall communication skills
· You can lift at least 50 pounds on your own
· You know what we mean when we say dress professionally
· Passing a background check and drug screen does not worry you
· A self-starter who can lead but also works well with others
· An excellent organizer, good communicator and motivator
· Service oriented individuals who are always willing to help the team
· A hard worker who doesn’t mind working long hours and holidays
· Flexibility-someone who can handle changes well
· CDL license is a plus
· Audio visual knowledge is a plus
