Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain elevators and related equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot elevator systems, including Smartrise and Motion Controls.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Requirements:
- NYC Elevator Technician License (mandatory).
