HIGH PROFILE ASSIGNMENT
Elite Security Agents needed for a high-profile, overseas middle eastern security assignment. More details and information will be provided during the interview process.
Excellent pay rate! All expenses and living arrangements (including food, housing, and personal needs) will be compensated and provided.

All Townsend Agency Security Agents will be required and expected to maintain physical fitness and grooming standards in accordance with the Townsend Agency Employee Handbook to ensure that the highest forms of elite security and professionalism are implemented and maintained to fulfill ultimate client satisfaction.

 

SECURITY AGENT SHIFT SCOPE:

• Duration / Rotation: 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off (furlough)
• Shift Type: Full-time Contractor
• Hours / Days: (12-hour shifts) / 7 days a week
• Pay Rate: $30.25 / hour - $363 / day
• Final Pay Rate: $2,541 / week

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Military / Law Enforcement Experience Required

• Minimum of 8 years of military and/or law enforcement experience
  • ( combined experiences must meet the minimum of 8 years )

Tour of Duty Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of combat experience in an International Combat Zone / Hazardous Area experience
  • ( E.g. Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Lebanon, Gaza, etc. )
  • ( Preferred Iraq and/or Afghanistan experience )
• Minimum of 3 years stationed in an International Combat Zone / Hazardous Area
  • ( E.g. Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Lebanon, Gaza, etc. )
  • ( Preferred Iraq and/or Afghanistan experience )

• Associated experience with the local communities and citizens of Iraq or Afghanistan
• Knowledgeable of middle eastern geography.
• Knowledgeable of middle eastern religious and cultural customs and traditions.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year of security industry experience
• Minimum of 1 year of management and/or leadership experience
• Must pass a national security background investigation
• Must pass a full-scope criminal background investigation
• Must pass a drug & alcohol screening
• Must pass the Townsend Agency Physical Fitness Test (TAPFT)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Passport up to date
• Permitted to travel internationally
• No travel restrictions
• Weapons certified
• No weapons restrictions

PREFERENCES / BONUS $$$

• Project Management certified
• Security Forces experience
• Knowledgeable of the oil industry\
• Advanced knowledge in additional languages
• $ BONUS $ – Special Forces / Special Operations Experience
  • ( E.g. Ranger, Green Beret, Navy Seals, Delta Force )
• $ BONUS $ - Can read, write, and speak in any of the following languages
  • ( Farsi, Arabic, Turk, Kurdish, Dari, Pashto
