Job Description

Who You Are:

  • 3-5+ years experience designing and coding best-in-class responsive emails using HTML and CSS using Litmus preferably
  • 2+ years working in an ecommerce/direct-to-consumer environment
  • Highly analytical and can create narrative and strategic recommendations from data and drive a channel learning agenda.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo
  • Familiarity with email tech stacks and inbox health monitoring
  • Advanced knowledge in using analytical tools necessary for channel performance and reporting
  • Tech Stack/API knowledge
  • Proven work experience as an Email marketing manager
  • Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • An ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, creative, and results and data-driven

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of email & sms marketing campaigns, spanning requirement gathering, design, development, testing, launch, and reporting.
  • Employ API knowledge to integrate with various platforms and systems for enhanced campaign effectiveness.
  • Create captivating, on-brand content tailored to the unique needs of our target audience.
  • Construct and execute email campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and revenue generation.
  • Analyze and report on essential metrics, such as click-through rates, open rates, revenue increase, and engagement levels.
  • Implement segmentation strategies to target and engage audiences more effectively.
  • Exhibit exceptional project management skills to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Propose and implement iterative A/B testing strategies to continually enhance performance by optimizing messaging and targeting.
  • Develop and lead an annual email marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with key growth areas, maintaining a project schedule, and presenting it to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, design, product, support, engineering, and leadership, to align email marketing initiatives with overarching business objectives.
  • Stay updated on email best practices and industry trends, and provide proactive recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows to trigger personalized emails based on user behaviors, ensuring timely and relevant communication.
  • Utilize customer data and segmentation strategies to create targeted email campaigns that deliver relevant content to different audience segments.
