In this remote position, you'll have the chance to work with Spanish-speaking K-12 students and help them grow their English language skills.

Position Overview:
Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Caseload: 6 Spanish-speaking students
Location: Remote (Work from anywhere in the U.S. with a Vermont teaching license)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized language development plans for K-12 students.
Provide targeted instruction to improve students' skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Continuously assess student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.
Simplify and explain complex language concepts to students with varying proficiency levels.
Qualifications:
Active teaching license in Vermont.
A Master's degree in Education or a related field.
Experience working with ELL students in K-12 settings is preferred.
Comfortable with virtual teaching platforms and technology.
Strong communication skills with the ability to break down complex ideas for diverse learners.
