Job Description

Description:

Position Overview:

Ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a Driver Training Center (DTC) Enrollment Coordinator. Our Driver Training Center is growing fast, and interest in our CDL programs is skyrocketing. Every day, we connect with individuals and businesses who need CDL training—whether it’s Class A, Class B, Hot Shot, or permit preparation—to meet their transportation goals. Some are ready to enroll now, others have questions, and many more just haven’t discovered us yet. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for someone who’s hungry for opportunity—someone who thrives on building relationships, guiding future drivers to the right program, and making a real impact. This candidate may, or may not, have knowledge about the transpiration industry but they must be an ideal team player – someone who is humble, hungry, and people-smart (has emotional intelligence).

This position has an hourly rate, however, is also eligible for bonuses based upon the success of the Driver Training Center meeting its sales targets. While the exact monthly amount can range, we’ve offered bonuses from $200 - $1,000+ based upon the target and its importance. This is an exciting earning potential for employees who are driven.

If you’re ready to turn a corner in your career and be part of a fast-moving, motivated team, this is your chance. Let’s grow together!

What You’ll Be Doing (Job Duties)

  • Drive Enrollment Growth – Proactively follow up with leads, build strong relationships, and guide students through the enrollment process to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Engage with Prospective Students & Businesses – Respond to inquiries, educate potential students on available CDL training options (Class A, Class B, Hot Shot, permit preparation), and help them choose the program that best fits their needs.
  • Expand Awareness – Identify and connect with individuals and businesses who may not yet know about our programs, helping them understand the benefits and opportunities available through our training.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service – Act as the main point of contact for prospective students, addressing questions, overcoming objections, and ensuring they feel confident in their decision.
  • Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with instructors, operations, and marketing to refine messaging, improve the enrollment process, and ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to training.
  • Stay Organized & Proactive – Maintain accurate records of interactions, track enrollment trends, and continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Be a Team Player – Work thoughtfully with our DTC Administrative Assistant, choose to be curious over judgmental, and solution-focused vs. having a victim mentality about problems.
  • Represent the DTC with Enthusiasm – Be a brand ambassador, sharing the value and impact of our training programs with energy and confidence.
Requirements:

What We Need from You (Requirements):

  • Eagerness to Learn – No CDL or transportation experience? No problem! The most important quality is a willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative.
  • Humility – None of us know it all. Even so, we are AMAZING when we learn from each other. Expect feedback about where you are thriving as well as where you can improve. Expect to also be asked to give feedback to your supervisor in how they can improve to best serve you!
  • Post-secondary training and/or experience that demonstrate your ability to work in teams, accomplish goals, and reach challenging targets.
  • The ability to use tech tools for communication and product creation. If you are uncomfortable with using programs like MS Teams/Slack, Email, shared documents (thing Google Docs and/or MS Cloud documents)...you will find this job challenging.
  • Comfort talking on the phone. This position will require you to be confident in asking questions to learn about what people need. Using your actual voice (vs. texting and emails) is critical in this role.
  • The ability to work fully in our office 5 days a week. Our company believes in the importance of physically being together. We know this isn’t for everyone, however, it is what makes our culture amazing.

* Research has shown that individuals may be less likely to apply for positions if they do not see themselves reflected in the job description. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply and assure you that all applications will be considered fairly and without bias. If your “gut” tells you that you might be our fit, please consider applying!
