About the Position:
As an Event Assistant, you'll play a key role in the execution of high-impact events that connect with communities and promote meaningful causes. From managing logistics to engaging with attendees, you’ll help create memorable experiences that build awareness and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of live events

• Serve as a brand ambassador, sharing the organization’s mission and values

• Engage with attendees and build connections with local businesses and influencers

• Distribute marketing materials and answer attendee questions

• Collect feedback and assist in post-event performance evaluations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred (not required)

• Internships or volunteer experience in events, PR, or marketing are a plus
